Were you ever asked a question about lambic beers and didn't know the answer? That's going to change!
During the second training day of the Lambic Academy, we dive deeper into the world of Lambic beers and food pairing. We combine theory with practice: in addition to gaining insights into food pairing, we enjoy a five-course menu with perfectly paired Lambic beers. An interactive Lambic beer tasting is also on the program.
Prerequisite: Attending the first training day is required.

- 11:30 – 12:30 : Break & light snack
- 12:30 – 14:00 : Food pairing theory
- 14:00 – 17:00 : Food pairing practice
